Mitra Usaha Savings and Loan Cooperatives in Tanjung Redeb, Berau Regency. Population and sample are all customers in Mitra Usahadi Tanjung Redeb Savings and Loan Cooperative, Berau Regency. The sampling technique used in this study is probalitistic sampling and data collection methods in the form of a questionnaire. This type of research is descriptive research which is a study that illustrates the influence of variables through hypothesis testing. Research respondents are customers who have already used the services of a Business Partner Savings and Loan Cooperative. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test (validity and reliability) and simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program.


From the research results partially shows that the service quality variable has a significant influence which means that service quality (X) has an influence on customer satisfaction (Y).
